Welcome to Transparent Dreams! Thank you for taking the time to visit my shop. I am just starting out here on Etsy and welcome any ideas you may have. If there is something that you would like to see made here in my shop, please let me know and I will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
I currently accept PayPal. I have found this form of payment very safe and easy to use for both you and myself. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make a payment and there are no fees to the buyer for using PayPal.
Once I have received payment confirmation from PayPal, I will ship your item(s) within 24 hours.
Since I currently live in California, I have to add 7.75% sales tax to all items being shipped to a California address.
Shipping charges will not be taxed and will be added to each invoice on a separate line.
I currently use Priority Mail for most of my shipments. For larger items, I may use UPS.
All shipments will be trackable.
Insurance and proof of delivery are available upon request. If you like to add insurance and/proof of delivery, please let me know before I ship your item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase,therefore I will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase upon approval by Transparent Dreams.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packageing.
The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
