SHIPPING PROCESS for 2019 ( beginning FEBRUARY 1st ):

》 All custom mug orders are shipped out on WEDNESDAYS and process as follows:

Any order purchased by 5 PM on SUNDAY, will ship out by the following WEDNESDAY
*** processing time is listed in BUSINESS DAYS NOT CONSECUTIVE DAYS and does NOT include weekends***

》 Please note that if a holiday falls on a Monday, that week's orders will be shipped out on Tuesday.

》 please note any changes in shipping dates in the shop closures section listed above.

》 If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please send me a message before ordering to insure I can have your package shipped in time.


▶▶ CHANGES TO ORDERS ◄◄

Any changes that need to be made to a custom order must be made within 24 hours. After this time, I cannot guarantee I will be able to accommodate additions or changes.


▶▶ REFUNDS ◄◄

You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase. After this time, inventory has been pulled and the processing of orders has begun.

no refunds on custom items unless an item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on my behalf, in which photographic proof must be sent to me.

All other items must be returned to me in original condition before a refund will be given. All refunds will be for the item only and minus the shipping cost.

Due to the nature of these items, refunds cannot be made once the files have been sent to you.

Due to the nature of this product, no refunds will be given.


▶▶ ALL CUSTOM ITEMS ◄◄

Custom orders are non refundable, but it is important to me that you are 100% satisfied and happy with your order. If you have any concerns about your order once you have received it, please contact me within 48 HOURS, so that we can assess and correct the situation. I will NOT refund any orders after this 48 hour period.


▶▶ REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS ◄◄

If you receive your item and it is damaged, contact me immediately, so that I may begin processing an insurance claim. I will NOT be able to replace the item if you do not contact me within 7 business days. Please include pictures of the damaged product and the packaging that it was shipped in in your email/message (I will need these to submit to the USPS for the insurance claim).


▶▶ REFUNDS / REPLACEMENT ON MUGS ◄◄

The ceramic paint I use on my mugs specifies that it is dishwasher safe (top rack only), but I do HIGHLY recommend hand washing for prolonged keeping. In the instance that the paint does end up chipping off, I will replace or refund the mug (minus shipping costs) up to THIRTY days after you have received the item.

First class 2 to 6 weeks from the day item ships

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

》 I CANNOT guarantee shipping to any location by a certain time. Though I can give you a ship date from my end and include a tracking number with every order, once an item leaves my hands, I cannot control shipping delays on USPS end.

》 I am not responsible for any incorrect shipping information. All shipping labels are printed through Etsy and addresses will appear on the label exactly as they are entered. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay additional shipping charges to have the package shipped out again.

I do offer rush processing for mug orders. Simply add the Rush processing listing in my shop ( https://www.etsy.com/listing/236280153/rush-processing-for-mug-orders ), along with the mug listing, to your cart.

》 If your order is placed by NOON, your order will ship the next business day.

》If your order is placed AFTER noon, your order will ship the day after the next business day.
*** No orders are shipped on Saturdays or Sundays ***

》 The rush listing is for rush processing time, NOT rush shipping. Please make sure to select the proper shipping method during checkout.

》 No cancellations will be available when Rush Processing is purchased

HAND PAINTED MUG CARE INSTRUCTIONS

I recommend hand washing with a non abrasive sponge. This will ensure the longevity of the design so that you may enjoy it for years to come!

Mugs are microwave safe.

HOW TO DESIGNATE CITIES / STATES FOR MUG ORDERS

》before you can add your mug to your cart, you will be prompted to enter the personalization details.

These include the following:

• cities + states or countries
• custom phrase *
• custom names + which state/country they go with *

* if applicable

》any information needed that is not included with your order, will result in a delay in processing.

HOW MUCH LIQUID DO YOUR MUGS HOLD?

The mugs in my shop hold 12 oz. of liquid.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Each listing will have it's own processing time. Note that processing time is how long it will take before the item ships out.

I do offer Rush Processing if needed.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

We take pride in making sure that our orders are securely packaged before shipping. Unfortunately, sometimes an item may arrived slightly damaged, or broken.

No worries! We will be more than happy to replace the item for you. Please send us an email or etsy message with photos of the damaged item no more than 7 DAYS after receiving it.

We will be more than happy to include a gift tag and message with your order.
