The product did not arrive as intended, the vendor promised to make amends, and two months later the situation has not been resolved. We have now waited 60+ days for a replacement board without response. Proceed with caution!

Thank you so much for your feedback, Deyana. I apologize that your experience with THLC was not a 5 star experience, as it has been for my other customers. Although I didn’t include all design elements you requested in the 1st purchase, I did tell you that I would resend another one free of charge; to which it would be re-entered in my order queue, and I was under the impression that was okay with you (which has been less than 60 days). I take a lot of pride in being communicative and flexible with my customers, and it is very disheartening to hear someone say that I was not responsive; particularly since the last two messages I have sent to you have not yet been responded to. 4 out of 5 starsI ordered the “Wedding” arrow sign. The sign itself was really cute, but when I received the package (almost too late. It was like the Wednesday before the wedding and I had ordered it about 2-3 weeks prior) the stake was broken. It was used anyway, but I wish it could’ve been taller (the stake broke in half, so it was only a couple feet off the ground)

5 out of 5 starsI cannot say enough about how much I love this sign. Meg was amazing through the whole process and made it so easy even though I had to make changes in the 11th hour. The artwork is beautiful! Such a wonderful addition for our wedding day- no need for programs people will just throw away! Now we have a beautiful keepsake to commemorate our wedding ceremony, wedding party, etc. We plan on hanging the sign in our home! Thank you, Meg!

Delays or damage to package caused by USPS?
Most items shipped by THLC are sent via USPS Priority 2 day mail, which includes shipping. In the event that an item is substantially delayed, I can assist helping to track it down. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, please message me immediately with photographic evidence (including the outside package) and I will be happy to file a claim.
