5 out of 5 starsJust as described. My second piece from this store, another beautiful pin. The details are exquisite, just like the engraving in the back.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept returns?
In most cases, I do not take returns. Exchanges are allowed with reasonable cause such as if you are not happy with the pin you received (incorrect grade). If it is a mistake on my part, such as unavailable stock, refunds can be issued. With any concern regarding your order, please reach out to me first and we can discuss what solutions are available!
How do you grade your pins?
Grade A/Standard pins: Have little to no noticeable blemishes and look great. They may have light surface scuffing/scratches on enamel/printing and a small number of tiny holes that are not very noticeable. May have very few imperfections in print that are not major
B grade: Little to moderate amounts of noticeable blemishes which may include scratches, small holes, and small areas of incomplete/uneven enamel filling, may have flaws in printed details, slightly loose posts
C grade: Have moderate to significant amounts of flaws, which may include but are not limited to significant under filled/uneven enamel filling, discolored areas, missing enamel, deep scratches, multiple holes in enamel, incorrect or missing printing, loose posts
I'm not happy with my order, what do I do?
If there is something wrong with your order, such as you have not received it, received incorrect item, or item is not in satisfactory condition, then please contact me first!! I will do everything I can to correct your order so please do not hesitate in sending me a message! (:
I ordered a standard(A) grade but didn't get a perfect pin, why?
Grading varies per pin maker, but for the most part, it is uncommon for us to get many "perfect" pins. Each pin is handmade, so there is always possibility for there to be imperfections in the pins. That's why it is very important to read through a pin creator's grading standards and make your decision to order based off of that! Generally speaking, "A" grade pins may or may not have imperfections, but if they do, they do not hinder the overall appearance of the pin.
