Frequently asked questions

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of my work, unless the item arrives damaged, all individual sales are final.

Purchasing Original Artwork and Prints

The items up for purchase in my shop are physical art prints and originals. The artwork you receive is in no way to be recreated digitally, scanned, used for self promotion, as a part of a logo, identity system, website, etc. in any way.
If you are interested in artwork to use as a part of your own branding or website, please contact me via message.
If you do recreate the artwork you receive in any manner, it is considered theft and will be addressed as such. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting the integrity of my work!

Custom and personalized orders

If a project or custom order is paid for and the work has begun but the buyer decides to cancel, I will assess how much work has been completed and a percentage of the total cost will not be refunded as payment for the work already completed.

If an order is accidentally placed, or the wrong thing was ordered and no additional work has been completed, please reach out to me as soon as possible and we can clear things up and refund the cost right away.
