Frequently asked questions

Adjustable Ring Sizing:

My adjustable rings come in tiny (fits US 3-5), small (fits US 6-8), medium (fits US 9-11) or large (fits US 12-14). If you know the exact size you need, please list it in the comments during the checkout process. If the ring is still a bit large, gently press the sides of the ring together around your finger until it fits. If a little small, the ring can be slightly widened by gently pulling it open. But please be careful -- you don't want to pull it out of shape!

Packaging

Our rings are shipped in small, cotton filled boxes so they’re ready to give as a gift! (Or keep as a gift for yourself :) They are then placed within a bubble mailer and shipped to you.

Wire Information

When starting my jewelry business, it was important for my jewelry to be beautiful AND AFFORDABLE! So, instead of using precious metals such as silver and gold, I researched other wire options to find one that was beautiful, durable and colorfast. I first tried raw metals such as copper and brass -- but they tarnished WAY too quickly. So then, I moved on to coated wire and tried the wire from a bunch of different companies -- testing for quality, wire hardness, durability and colorfastness. The non-tarnish coated copper wire from Parawire became a clear winner! (I am not affiliated with Parawire in any way.) This wire met all my expectations and then some and is now the only wire use for all my jewelry.

How to Find Your US Ring Size

You'll need a ruler, scissors, pen or pencil, thin strip of paper or string

Wrap the paper/string around your finger where you want the ring to go.

Mark the spot where the paper/string meets and measure the distance with your ruler.

Use this chart to determine your ring size:
US Size 3: 1 47/64 inches
US Size 4: 1 27/32 inches
US Size 5: 1 15/16 inches
US Size 6: 2 1/16 inches
US Size 7: 2 3/16 inches
US Size 8: 2 5/16 inches
US Size 9: 2 7/16 inches
US Size 10: 2 9/16 inches
US Size 11: 2 11/16 inches
US Size 12: 2 13/16 inches
US Size 13: 2 15/16 inches
US Size 14: 3 inches

~ If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.
~ Avoid measuring fingers in cold weather as the cold causes shrinking.
~ Measure the size 3 or 4 times

HANDLING PACKAGES DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

If you are concerned about getting covid-19 from shipped packages, I did some research and found out that because of its porous surface, cardboard (all my jewelry is shipped in cardboard) is considered low risk, but DEFINITELY wash your hands after opening your packages! As for the jewelry itself, you can wash it in mild dish soap (Dawn is considered the best) and warm water -- anything stronger could damage the metal.
