When can I expect my package?

We ship quickly, processing orders within 1-2 business days. Your treasures will be packaged appropriately to ensure a safe journey.

Given the impact covid and high shipping volumes have on the USPS, you should expect minor delays in receiving your package. You will receive tracking information once the order ships, we encourage you to monitor the delivery status and timeline. Please know that we do not have additional information beyond that which is available through the USPS tracking data.

We do not ship broken or damaged items, should the item have sustained damage during transit, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. If it arrives broken, we would appreciate the chance to make it right. Thank you.

Do you provide a packing slip or offer gift wrapping?

No and No. Save your digital receipt from Etsy as we do not provide you with a printed invoice or packing slip, we try to do our part to save resources.

In order to keep our costs low and pass the savings onto you, we have skipped the frills of fancy packaging and do not offer a gift-wrapping service. We do remove any price tags, so no worries there!

Do you include description or identification cards with my purchase?

To help keep our costs low and pass those savings on to you, we do not provide description or identification cards with the treasures. You are welcome to reference the descriptions and details we provide in our listings as a tool for your use.

Please do not ask us to provide a printed, or handwritten description of the item. Thank you!

Are your items real?

All of the gems, minerals, and fossils we sell are authentic. Select stones are manmade or color-enhanced and will be labeled as such in the product description (such as Opalite or Goldstone).

We take great pride in source the highest quality materials, from reputable sources, to ensure that you are investing your hard-earned dollars into an authentic piece. Nothing upsets us more than a marketplace flooded with fakes!

We are happy to answer any questions you may have, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase. We hope you enjoy your new, authentic, treasure!

Do you offer bulk pricing or discounts?

We hand select only the best pieces for you, our online customer as we know you are not able to pick it out in person yourself! And we take great care to package it carefully. With the care and time we invest in each piece, we do not offer bulk discounts.

I provided the wrong address, what do I do?

Simply contact us to let us know if you've provided the wrong address with your purchase. We will cancel your order and ask that you resubmit the purchase.
