It's with such pleasure that I share my passion of beading with you on Etsy! In order to make transactions smooth, please read below for payment and shipping policies. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
PayPal and credit cards are accepted.
You do not need a Paypal account to use your credit card. The following webpage will guide you through the steps of making a purchase.
I will appreciate your payment within 24 hours of your purchase. Please note that your purchase will be cancelled if the payment is not received in time.
"Other" Payment choice is only for the customers who have made prior payment arrangement with me. If you have not done so, please do not choose this option.
<Ready to ship items>
If you are a domestic customer, your item will ship in 2-5 business days via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation, after the payment has been received. You will receive another email with the confirmation number once your item ships, so that you can track the shipment.
If you are an international customer, your items will ship via US First Class mail, but will NOT come with the delivery confirmation number. You will receive the customs form number, which will give you some information about your shipment. If you would like your item to be shipped via priority, registered mail, or with insurance, which enables you to track your shipment, please convo me ASAP.I will give you the quote for the additional fee incurred.
<Made to Order/ Custom Order Items>
Please note that most of the items listed in my shop are currently MADE to ORDER, unless otherwise specified.If you have purchased a custom ordered item, please allow extra time for production and shipping. Please contact me for the estimated shipping date. If you would like the item sooner, please contact me before purchasing the item and we could perhaps discuss special arrangements.
<Shipping to multiple addresses>
Please note that all the items purchased in one transaction will ship to ONE address only. If you would like certain items to be shipped to different address(es), please purchase them in separate transactions or contact me prior to purchasing them so that I can send you a payment request for the additional shipping cost incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will not be responsible for the items lost in the mail. However, if you are a domestic (U.S.) customer, you will be able to track your shipment with the delivery confirmation number that will be provided to you once the item ships.The same service is available for international customers with an additional fee.
I will be happy to refund or exchange if the items are faulty. The items to be returned/exchanged must be mailed back within 7 days upon receipt and you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase. I strive to offer you the best service!

I take custom orders - Bridal Jewelry, Bridesmaids jewelry, Mother of the Bride/Bridegroom, Birthday/Graduation gift, Party favors, etc.! Please allow plenty of time for your items to be completed and shipped to you!
