I will happily accept item returns if notified within 3 days of receipt. Item must be returned within 7 days from the day you received it.

I accept cancellations provided I have not yet shipped your item. If your item has shipped you will need to follow the return shipping information listed here.

I do not do partial refunds and buyer keeps item. If you are not happy with your purchase I will refund you the amount of the item (less shipping) upon receipt back to me. All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. All items returned must be shipped the same way you received the item (such as first class and insured). The item returned must include all items sent and must be in the same condition it was sent in.

International Buyers - The U.S. Postal service now charges for return shipping on undeliverable international packages sent via Priority Mail and flat rates. If your item is returned this way, you will be refunded less the shipping charges both ways.

Please let me know immediately if an item arrived damaged so I can contact the insurer.

Payments can be made through PayPal using your credit card or a PayPal account, or through Etsy Payments (EP). If you use multi-shop checkout with PayPal, it will still go through Etsy Payments instead of directly to PayPal. If that is not what you want, you can check out with each shop individually. After adding the item to your cart, you can make your choice of payment under the "How You'll Pay" section. Etsy has changed the PayPal icon, but you can still pay by PayPal with a credit card or with a PayPal account.

Purchases shipped to Michigan residents will be charged 6% sales tax.

I will endeavor to ship your item within 1 to 3 days of payment. Shipping times vary depending on your location. It is especially hard to determine length of time for international shipping and may take weeks or longer if held up in customs.

► US Buyers - Most items will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by first class or priority mail and include delivery confirmation. If you need an item quickly, faster shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact me for a quote before you make your purchase.

► International Buyers – Please Note:
This shop is not registered to collect VAT/GST in any country and as such VAT/GST is Not included in the pricing. Buyers are responsible for any VAT/GST/Customs charges levied by their country on purchases. Please make sure you acquaint yourself with your government's rules before purchasing to avoid surprises when your order arrives.
► Import fees, taxes, custom duty and value added tax are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for these charges. I do not mark merchandise below value or mark items as gifts.
►If you don't see a listing with international shipping listed, please contact me and I will let you know if it's possible to ship that item internationally and the shipping cost. Unless the listing states differently, international purchases will ship 1st class international mail through the United States Post Office. The USPS has tracking to a limited number of countries with this method of shipping.

Multiple item shipping discount does not show until you enter the item in your cart. Due to the different weights of vintage items, some items may not have a discount for a second item. However, I do refund when more shipping is collected then needed.
