Welcome and thank you for choosing Treechild1 for your creative needs. We strive to give you the very best supplies to ensure a quality final creation.
I combine shipping on multiple purchases. I accept PayPal and Direct checkout. Any payment that is not received within 5 days of purchase is canceled and the item is returned to my shop and available to everyone.
Any reserved or custom item(s) not purchased within the 5 days will be removed, unless I'm notified.
Shipping is by United States Postal Service. Shipping outside of the United States will be International First Class parcel. Shipping days are Monday and Thursday.
All shipping can be upgraded when checking out and will be mailed out the next day.
Refunds and Exchanges
A full refund of your items, minus shipping costs, will be given if I am notified, within 1 day of receiving your items if you are not happy with your purchase. All items must be returned in the original inside packaging. (zip lock bag)
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

If there is a special item you would like but don't see in my shop, please feel free to contact me. I welcome special orders.
If there is something special you would like for me to order for you, I require a non-refundable one third down of the cost of the item(s). This does not guarantee that you will get your items sooner. It shows that you are a serious buyer.
All of my items are guaranteed to be free of any flaws. I'm human and I don't always catch everything, so if you happen to have any type of flawed item, please let me know before leaving anything less than 5 stars.
I need to know exactly what the issue is so I can fix whatever is wrong. I'd appreciate it.
