4 out of 5 starsGreat tree house and very good plans! Love it. We have built the base so far and found that some of the instructions lack detail /clarity and the drawings are missing measurements where needed. Also, it would be better if the supplies list up front listed ALL the needed supplies. Some things are only listed mid-instructions, which causes problems/confusion.

5 out of 5 starsGood instructions, can’t wait to build when lumber gets a little cheaper.

5 out of 5 starsGreat set of detailed plans, and super helpful back and forth communication as I had to tweak some components for my tree. The building was pretty straightforward, but wouldn't say it is for beginners.

5 out of 5 starsThese plans are fabulous. I’m a former cabinet maker, the details spelled out in these plans are absolutely priceless. You couldn’t get someone to give you better information on what not to do as well as what to do when building. Highly recommended!

5 out of 5 starsI’m still building the platform so I have a long way to go still. Looking good so far. I studied different plans for a while before I came across these. The level of detail is really good and absolutely worth the price. It saved me a considerable amount of time. The seller haS responded promptly to questions I have had and changed I wanted to make. I wish I had More photos but I’ll have to send them to the seller when I’ll done

5 out of 5 starsVery well organized and detailed plans. You do have to keep in mind that trees and terrain vary, but these plans provide great guidance.

5 out of 5 starsThe directions work! We might do a few things different to avoid waste but every contractor has ideas for improvement. If you want to follow directions to build one amazing treehouse, this is money well spent. Thank you. These directions saved us hours, if not days, figuring it out ourselves.

4 out of 5 starsSort of over engineered for what it is, but pretty cool. Will cost you about $600 in lumber and another $600 in hardware. At least that's what it cost me. Also, don't even think about trying to do this yourself. At least the first stages, where you're setting up the main structural supports. Definitely a 2-3 person job. And even with two people, you'll need to set up a pulley to hold things in place. NOT a one or even two weekend job. It's very involved. We're about half way through the project, and we've already sunk in about 20 hours between two adults (one of which is an experienced woodworker). I imagine this is going to take at least another 40 hours. All that being said, the seller has been FANTASTIC answering questions and offering advice. Very responsive. I really appreciate that.
About TreehouseGuides
Create your own treehouse with easy-to-follow instructions covering every step.
Treehouses are hugely popular, but the construction process can seem complicated if you're not familiar with woodworking.
These treehouse plans break down the entire build into smaller sections that are easier to manage. All these sections are assembled on the ground, which is easier and safer than building everything in the tree. The parts are raised into the tree and fixed together to form the complete treehouse.
Each guide has a total materials list, as well as lists of parts to cut for each section of the structure. The designs use readily available lumber and hardware so you can get started quickly with supplies from your local hardware store or online supplier.
