Returns
If your item is personalised, then no. The EU Directive on Consumer Rights June 2014 does not apply to custom makes.
If it is a non personalised piece, then I will accept returns within 14 days from receipt of the item and providing the same is returned and in the same new condition in which it was sent.
Cancellation
I do request that all cancellations are made within 6 hours of placing the order. This is because most of my items are personalised and if I have started to make them, I will be unable to resell. I can make acceptations if order has yet to be manufactured.
