4 out of 5 starsI bought a small tree and then also bought the larger tree. The smaller tree was packed well and no problem with shipping except length of time. The second tree was a birthday gift, sent a email requesting delivery date. Shipping date changed a number of times, was late and sent in a makeshift box. It was tangled really bad. The artwork is nice but not happy with timing and how badly this was shipped.
