2. You will receive an email indicating that your item has been shipped.
3. Most all purchases ship via the U.S. Postal Service.
4. Size, weight, and fragility of an item determine the particular service chosen.
5. Most items ship Priority Mail and arrive within 2 to 4 days of shipping.
6. Items shipped First Class Mail or Parcel Post can take 7 to 9 days to arrive.
7. Fragile items valued over $50 will include insurance in the shipping fee.
8. The buyer has the option of including insurance for any item not already insured.
9. Tracking and delivery confirmation are included with all U.S.P.S. shipments.
10. If your item shipped over 8 days ago and you have not received it, contact me IMMEDIATELY!
11. If you received your item and it is damaged or not at all what you expected, contact me IMMEDIATELY!
Refunds and Exchanges
1. READ the description carefully.
Because "vintage" generally means "used," I try extra hard to describe the condition of an item and any defects it may have.
2. EXAMINE each photo provided.
I try to provide clear photos which include any defects that I am aware of. Photos are always of the actual item being sold. If other photos will aid in your decision, just ask.
3. ASK questions before making your purchase.
Sometimes I have a wealth of information about an item; other times I know very little. Either way, email me with your questions and I will gladly share with you what I know.
Now, I am a reasonable person and I certainly understand that mistakes do happen. So, if you are unhappy with your purchase; if you expected something different; or, dare I say, if the item you received is not at all what you ordered, contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will do my best to quickly and pleasantly remedy the situation to your satisfaction.
