If your item is damaged during the trip to your house, please do let us know but do not ask for money back cause it is not our fault. Of course we will re-ship the item to you.

If the item gets lost, we'll re-send it to you

We have a tracking system in process so we know if you received the item or not!

We only accept PayPal payments.
As soon as we receive notice of your purchase, we will send the ordered item.
Unless you specifically request a quick delivery, our deliveries usually take between 7 and 10 days, depending on the country. Of course...if you're in Italy and there's no strike nor bad weather, you'll receive your items in 3 days max!
You cannot cancel your purchase but you can change your order
