I only accept payments via PayPal HOWEVER you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order! You can pay using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or e-check. Simply hit "continue" next to "Don't have a PayPal account?" and pay using one of those methods.

If you would like your order to arrive in time for Christmas, please make sure you order by these dates for the best chance of it arriving on time!:


EUROPEAN BUYERS -December 12th

UK BUYERS - December 20th.


I aim to ship within 1-3 days of payment clearing.

I use first class Royal Mail for all deliveries, and their average delivery times are:
UK: around 1-2 working days.
Western Europe: around 3 working days.
Eastern Europe: around 5 working days.
Elsewhere: around 7 working days.

These are guidelines that the Royal Mail "aims for", and packages may take longer (sometimes several weeks).

There is no tracking number for standard shipping, but if you would like an international tracked or signed-for service this can be arranged for an additional cost - please convo me before placing your order.

The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees associated with their purchases.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, convo me and we can work it out! Returns may be made within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The item must be returned in its original condition, and I'll exchange/refund the item once it is returned to me. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned for any reason. Custom pieces may only be returned if determined as faulty. An item that is damaged due to misuse cannot be returned for a refund; however, a repair service is offered (shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Custom and wholesale orders are welcome! I am also happy to change the lengths of already available necklaces where possible.

Pictures are often of the actual item you will receive as many pieces are one-offs; however, please allow for slight irregularities due to the handmade nature of the pieces in some cases.
