Reserved listings are only reserved for 48 hours. After this, they will be open to the public for purchase.
As I try ship items as quickly as possible, life with kids is not always predictable, so please allow up to 5 business days for items to be packaged and shipped.

Items will be shipped to the address on your PayPal account, so please make sure it is current.

USA Shipments:
Items will ship First Class or Priority via USPS. Please let me know if you would like insurance or have an item shipped Express Mail and I can set up a custom listing with the correct shipping rates.

International Shipments:
Items will ship via USPS. Customs forms will be marked as Merchandise and accurately described. Please note- I cannot be responsible for any mail lost in transit and will not issue refunds for lost packages.

Invoices are sent upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy with the creations I make, and I want you to be to. If you aren't completely satisfied with an item, you can ship it back within 10 days for a refund. You will be responsible for the shipping/handling costs associated with the return.
