Trinitykilts' Shop Policies
In order for the payment/shipping process to be as quick and painless as possible, open communication is encouraged. So, please feel free to contact me via email to voice any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. If you are ever in need of a size that you do not see in my shop I can accommodate you, just shoot me off an email with your size/color/style preference and we'll take care of you!
Due to pants/jeans companies using "Vanity Sizing" policies we STRONGLY URGE that you do not give us your pant size for your kilt measurements. What is "vanity sizing"? You'd be surprised to know that some very popular companies no longer use inch measurements for their waist sizes. From one popular company a size 36 measured out to be 41 inches.
We only use true measurements for sizes.
If you are using PayPal, please pay within 7 days. The purchased item will be shipped after payment is received. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay though PayPal using a personal credit card.
We also accept Etsy Gift cards and Credit cards through Etsy.com
We use flat rate priority for shipping from USPS so that we may get the product out to you quickly.
Please let me know if you are interested in upgrading your shipping or you would like to buy insurance for your package, mention this in the "Message to the Seller" portion of your invoice and I will send you an invoice for the additional shipping cost.
2 Wool kilts can fit into one standard priority box, while only 1 Winter Kilt will fit into the box. If you are purchasing more than one kilt we can create an invoice for a larger priority package to save you money.
We will ship to confirmed address unless otherwise notified via "Message to seller"
We CAN ship internationally but we will invoice on a case by case situation and you will be responsible for any customs or tax duties.

Additional Policies and FAQs
We are very proud of our kilts and have enjoyed the creativity that our customers have come to us with. We will consider custom kilts and requests, and we have fun making them. Check us out on Facebook, Trinity Kilts.
Our Kilt Care Form is sent with every order:
In order to keep your kilt looking (and smelling) fresh there are a few things you should know. The fabric used in making your kilt is a heavy twill but you should take care washing it. Cold water and the delicate cycle is the preferable setting on the washer and gentle (or air dry) for the dryer. If you choose to use fabric softener on your kilt be aware the pleats will not be as crisp as they were intended. The pleats can be ironed down (on the cotton setting) and you may add starch to increase the rigidity (refer to the instructions on your starch can). The liner is a cotton flannel and can be washed with like colors. We wash the fabric several times before using it in our kilts but we do recommend you wash the kilt at least 2 times separately before washing it with other clothing.
To easily unsnap your kilt, please grasp close to the snaps- they were designed to hold the kilt closed even in hurricane force winds!
A few friendly tips with your kilt:
Going hunting or hiking in your kilt? Flashing a bear will not usually scare it away, that's how yetis came into existence!
Those pockets on your backside come in handy for storing everything from a wallet to an extra beverage, and each pocket can easily fit a 12 oz bottle.
Camouflage kilts do not guarantee your success as a hunter but at least you'll look good!
If you ever need alterations (letting it out or taking it in) please let us know!
We are always happy to show off pictures of our kilted brethren. Be proud of your kilt, we sure are!
