Here you will find the shop's policies.

Currently I accept Paypal payments only. Cancelled orders will be charged a $0.30 fee to cover papal fixed fee (which is not refunded to shop owner). Please ask any questions you have about item before your purchase to avoid this fee.
Currently I ship to the United States only (SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME). I try to ship as quickly as possible. Shipping prices are quoted for priority through the U.S. Post Office with the exception of children's books, which are shipped first class. If you would like parcel post please send me an email with your location for an adjusted shipping rate. If you would like insurance (extra shipping charge) please let me know. I claim no responsibility for items once delivered to the post office. 
I am more than happy to combine shipping costs if you order multiple items from my shop. Please email me with items desired and I will give you a shipping quote and adjust listings accordingly.

If you live in the Portland, OR vicinity feel free to pick up any purchase! If you plan on doing this please let me know so I can waive shipping.


Tracking numbers are included in shipping charge for parcel and priority shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
NOTICE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me first before leaving negative feedback. I am more than willing to work with you in any way I can if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Thank you!
Refunds can only be made if you notify the the shop owner within 10 days of your purchase. Your refund will only include the amount you paid for the item. Shipping fees are not included in returns. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs if you choose to return your item(s). You will not receive your refund until the shop owner receives the item to check for damage. Refunds will not be given if the item is damaged in any way. 

If you get your item in the mail and you are not 100% satisfied please send the shop owner an email before leaving negative feedback. Thank you.

Additional policies and FAQs
1. Question: I really like one of the items in your shop, but I do not get paid until Friday. Can you reserve this item for me until then?

Answer: I will reserve Items. You must explicitly ask for a reservation. I will only reserve an item for up to 5 days. If you do not purchase the item on the day indicated then the item will become available to the public the next day. 

2. Question: Do you ship internationally?

Answer: At this time I do NOT ship internationally.
