We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from TSB Jewelry on Etsy.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges.

If you want to use a credit card, you can easily check out with one by using PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to do that.

Shipping

GIFT BOX

We make it easy to send an amazing handmade gift. At checkout, make sure you enter the recipient's address as the shipping address. In the notes to seller section, just note that it is a gift. We will be happy to add a cute card for free and of course wrap the present accordingly.

All parcels are shipped from California, USA - international shipping will take about 5-10 extra business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Express Shipping is also available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

We will ship your order worldwide to the address that you provide ETSY. If you want another delivery address please let us know.

We ship Monday to Friday. All packages are shipped from California, USA. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped out for tracking purposes.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us Subj: Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply the Specialist with the order number and item number from your original confirmation email, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. TSB Jewelry will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return. If you do not contact Customer Service, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact us immediately. Please have your order number available.

We pack all our handmade items carefully using bubble wrap to ensure no damage.
As to Jewelry, you will receive it in nice gift boxes ready for gift giving.

***Important: If you purchase more than one piece of jewelry item, we will pack all items in one box. If you want items to be packaged individually, please mention it in a message to the seller during checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

We will pack and ship in 1-2 business days after purchase. Please note, shipping time may vary depending on your country's customs.

Please note, some packages may take longer than expected and you should allow up to 30 days. If your package hasn't arrived by then, please get in touch. There can be delays in customs especially during holidays. We will be happy to refund your order after 30 days.

CREDIT

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

RETURNING AN ITEM

If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below. Instructions are also outlined on the packing slip with your shipped items.

1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in good condition, to ensure credit.

2. Enclose the bottom perforated portion of the original packing slip with the item. Please keep the top portion for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item(s).

3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

4. Send the return package to the following address (unless your packing slip directs otherwise):

- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- It is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
- Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
- You will be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

FEDEX SMART POST RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place your item in a sturdy box and seal it with tape. Use the original packaging, if possible.

2. Securely attach label to the largest side of the package. By using the label provided, shipping charges are prepaid. Do not alter the label.

3. Remove, completely cover or mark through the original shipping label.

4. Ship your package by:
a. Giving it to your United States Postal Service (USPS®) carrier.
b. Placing it in your mailbox.
c. Dropping it off at any Post Office™. To find the Post Office closest to you, call 1.800.ASK.USPS (1.800.275.8777) or go to www.usps.com and click on Locate a Post Office.

Note: Packages larger than 2½inches by 11½ inches x 12½ inches will not fit in collection boxes

d. Requesting a pickup for the next day from your USPS carrier at www.usps.com/pickup.
Note: For USPS pickups, individual items cannot exceed 70 lbs. or 108 inches in total length or girth.
e. Dropping it off at your nearest staffed FedEx Office, FedEx World Service Center® or FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® location or including it with your regularly scheduled FedEx Ground ® pickup.

5. Keep a copy of the shipping label for your reference.

6. Keep a copy of your Return Tracking Number (02 3### #### #### #### ##) for your records.

Note: The FedEx tracking number contains 20 digits, starting with 023.

7. Go to www.fedex.com to track the status of your shipment.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Your purchase also includes a 90 Day Warranty should a problem arise. Just return any broken or damaged item in it’s original package with all the pieces and we will be happy to repair it FREE of charge. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or a printed out copy of your purchase order from your Etsy account page.
