While all of our plants can live long & healthy lives with the right care, some of our products require more attention than others.

Please note that you will not receive the exact plant in the product photo. The plant appearance may differ as each plant is unique. Tropical Sprouts does not guarantee the exact height of the plant or the number of leaves that the plant will be delivered with.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please message us within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order may already be packaged and/or shipped, and we are unable to cancel/make changes at that point. If you find that there is an issue with your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible. Once the product is shipped, changes cannot be made to the address. If the tracking number shows that the package has been "delivered" to the given address, we cannot reship the order.

We do not accept returns. Our plants are kept in a clean environment, and we are unable to bring a plant back once it has left our facility. We ask that you are fully prepared to care for your new plant before you purchase.

We take great care in packaging our plants for safe travels. Please note that it is normal for a shipped plant to arrive with a yellow/dead leaf or two. Shipping may cause the plant some stress; Tropical Sprouts does our best to minimize that stress by shipping each plant 1-3 day Priority. Once settled in your home, your plant(s) should have new growth and be thriving within a few weeks! We have found that the plants can bounce back very quickly. If in the event that you do have concerns with the plant you received, please notify us within 24 hours of USPS with images clearly showing the issue.

To minimize the amount of paper we use, our care instructions are online. The link to our Care Instructions is posted in the "Item Description" for each plant listing.

What size are your plants?

All of our products are shipped as Starter Plants without pots. All are shipped as 2"-6" tall when they leave our facility. Carnivorous plants may be shorter than 2".

Where do you ship from?/ Can I pick-up my plant order?

We are located & ship from Central Florida! I am sorry, due to the nature of Etsy's platform and the set-up of our greenhouses we do not allow customers to visit or pick-up their order from our facility.
All of our plants are shipped via Priority Mail across the U.S. year-round.

Can I upgrade shipping?

All plants are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for free! You may upgrade to Priority Express for an extra fee at checkout.

When will my order be shipping?

We aim to ship most orders within 2 business days. During our busy season, our handling time may be up to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

COLD SEASON SHIPPING (Heat Packs)

Heat Packs & Insulated boxes are available for purchase! Select the "Winter Shipping" listing on our shop. We recommend a heat pack and/or insulated box if your daily or nightly temperatures get under 50 degrees.
If you forgot to purchase a heat pack with your plants, please place an additional order for the heat pack before your plant order ships out. We can then ship the plants and heat pack together for you.
