oh wow ! great clem cap, it looks just like the real thing. seriously excellent work and craftmanship. If you want a clem cap then this is the one to get, the shop to go to, bar none. I would recommend to anyone. I love it.

A lot of care was put into this product. The replication of the in-game hat is really remarkable. I'm going to PAX East in a few weeks and will definitely be wearing this to the event. My only problem is that it doesn't feel like a normal hat. The fabric used is a little rough, but the look makes it 100% worth it. Thank You so much for taking the time to replicate the Shell-Shaded theme of the game!

This hat is awesome and spot on to the game. When I first opened the box, my sister said it looked like "a piece of the game sitting in the middle of real life". My package came incredibly fast. This is right after the holidays and the trailer release when I ordered. So all orders were expected to ship later. I was alright with the wait because I wanted the quality craftsmanship. When I let Tabitha, the shop owner, know that I was hoping to wear it to a convention in my town, she went above and beyond to make sure it got to me in time; even as far as covering expedited shipping. I'm beyond happy with my purchase and the great customer service. I got tons of compliments at the convention and people were amazed at the attention to detail in the hat.

I ordered these earrings on 11/16 and today is 12/5. I continue to look at the shipping info and it still hasn't shipped I needed these earrings for my friends birthday which is 12/7 and so I bought them with plenty of time, or so I thought. I asked about when they will be shipped and I was answered with what it seemed like a little bit of attitude for asking when I should expect this package, that was a couple weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten anything. I will not buy from this shop again!

I am sorry you felt like I had an attitude. That was not my intention and looking back on the conversation, I was kind and professional in my response. Please remember that these are handmade and I do have a stack of orders to work on in order. My shop announcements and info state there are delays because I do not have transportation at the moment. I also informed you of this through our Etsy conversation. I was never informed that these needed to be done by a certain date. If a handmade item is needed quickly, I highly suggest customers contact me first and/or leave a note at checkout, and upgrade shipping so things work out smoothly. A full refund has been sent to this buyer. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support and understanding.

I have always loved crafting. Growing up I realized there were more crafting supplies in the world than just crayola markers and Popsicle sticks! My shop started all over the place. I didn't have a lot of supplies or money to afford them nor could I find a nice website host for my store that would bring traffic. I tried multiple sites and none of them seemed to work out. Fortunately I found Storenvy and Etsy. Eventually I was even able to set up my first booth at an event. It's exciting to be able to create things with your hands and find things in the world that could tell you the most exciting stories. I dream of owning a shop and/or setting up my booth at events and I hope to put a smile on other's faces doing what I love.

Returns and exchange details
We do NOT do exchanges and all sales are final with some exceptions, listed below.
1. If the order was messed up on our behalf (ie: wrong product, wrong color)
2. The item was lost during shipping (You must have purchased insurance)
3. The item was damaged during shipping (You must have purchased insurance)
For wrong or damaged orders:
~ You must email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 2 days of receiving your product/s.
~ You must include a few detailed pictures and provide proof in the email. Please show the damaged items in it's original packaging if possible.
~ The item/s must be returned to us in the condition you received them before we can re-ship or refund. We cannot pay for the return costs.
For lost orders:
~ Email us at tabitha.trueblue [!at] gmail.com or contact us through Etsy with your order information.
If you purchased insurance and your item/s was lost, damaged, or stolen we will take care of the claim. Once the claim is settled we can reship a new item (if in stock) or refund the original amount you paid.
Please do not open a Paypal claim/dispute as this greatly complicates things for both us and the buyer.
Sometimes products sell out. In this case, you will only be able to receive a refund instead of receiving the same product.

Packages will not be sent until the payment has been received. If payment has not been received within a week, unless it is an e-check, the transaction will be cancelled.
Processing can take anywhere from 3 days to 4 weeks depending on the amount of orders we have and especially if they are custom orders/made to order. Orders should arrive according to the USPS option you chose at checkout. See below for more details.
Sometimes shipping is delayed, especially during and around holidays, and during extreme weather conditions. We have no control over this and kindly ask for your patience during these times.
We cannot pay for any international customs. Should this happen, it is the buyer's responsibility.
All shipping options include a tracking number. Insurance is only included in priority and priority express shipping. If you would like to include insurance with your first class shipping, you must purchase it from our shop. Please note that insurance is not available for all countries.
We package our items to ensure that items will not be damaged. Unfortunately, sometimes, postal services do not handle boxes with care. It is highly recommended to purchase insurance, especially if you live outside the USA. Insurance is only included with priority and priority express shipping. If you do not purchase insurance for first class then you accept responsibility to what happens to it during shipment. There is an option to buy insurance in our store.

- Pre-order items can take anywhere from 7 days to 8 weeks (excluding holidays) to create. Please keep in mind that if there is an increase in orders, made to order items may be delayed. In this case, we will contact you.
- They will have slight differences (color, size, etc) than the product pictures because they are hand made. There are no refunds or reshipments because of this.
- Due to the differences in lighting and monitor settings, the color of the actual product may be slightly different than that of the pictures.
