Announcement   As usual, I have more irons in the proverbial fire than a centipede has legs! I have a few more casting bags to complete, and more drinking horns in process. If you don't see something (like wings, leg skins, or other crafting materials) I have offered on Etsy in the past, just send me a message- I often have stuff in my brick and mortar shop I haven't put aside time to list yet!

Welcome to the True-Craft Esty store! I am a Pagan artist from Worcester, Massachusetts USA who specializes in custom work in leather, wood, bone and other natural materials. In my Etsy store, I offer both one of a kind pieces and crafting supplies.
I have made many different kinds of quality items including drinking horns, collars, bags, cases & divination tools. Feel free to ask about my online gallery to see photos of the custom work I have done in the past.

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy gift cards
  • Money Order
  • Other Method
Payment
I ship worldwide. US & Canadian customers may pay via PayPal, money order (USD only), or Visa/Mastercard by phone. Customers outside of the US and Canada may pay either by PayPal or Credit Card by phone (customer is responsible for making arrangements to call me at my US number to complete the transaction). Massachusetts residents will be charged 0.0625 sales tax when applicable.
Shipping
Shipment Info: I tend to send smaller orders via USPS and larger orders via FedEx if the destination is within the continental US or Canada. For orders outside the US & Canada, I almost always ship via US Post. All shipping costs (postage, special packing materials insurance etc.) are to be covered by the purchaser.
Refunds and Exchanges
Insurance on mailed items is encouraged, as I cannot be held responsible for damages caused during shipping. As stated in the "message to buyer" section: I offer no refunds or exchanges on any goods (this includes custom work) in the TrueCraft store.
Additional policies and FAQs
I enjoy doing custom work. If you are 18 or older and would like to discuss custom work, please feel free to message me through Etsy. My estimate will based on materials cost & labor. Before starting work, arrangements for payment need to be made and a single sided commission form needs to be completed via e-mail or snail mail . This form covers things such as a basic description of the item, time estimate for completion of work, payment terms and contact information.
I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, I do guarantee craftsmanship during the year immediately following purchase. This means that if there are *any* defects in my work (such as hardware failure during the course of "normal use") contact me about the problem *immediately* and I will correct the issue or replace the piece. Please note: if you attempt to correct the problem yourself by altering the piece in a permanent way- such as adding glue, holes paint etc. this guarantee is null and void.
