A long time in the works...
Aunque la tienda abrió en 2017, habían tardado décadas en construirse.
Siempre he tenido interés por las manualidades y el arte desde pequeño. Mi padre es artista y ex profesor de arte, por lo que desde pequeño aprendí a respetar y apreciar las artes y la artesanía y el tiempo y el amor que se dedica al proceso creativo.
Siguiendo mi pasión, estudié la Licenciatura en Bellas Artes. Los primeros puestos en diseño gráfico derivaron en una carrera en la industria de los juegos.
Después de alejarme de la industria, decidí volver a centrarme en actividades más creativas y volver a trabajar con mis manos.
Como soy un entusiasta de los juegos desde hace mucho tiempo y no estoy satisfecho con todos los estuches para tarjetas de juegos producidos en masa, decidí hacer uno para mí. A partir de ahí me diversifiqué y comencé a realizar otros proyectos especiales para mi familia. Mis piezas recibieron muchos comentarios positivos, lo que me dio la inspiración para comenzar a crear piezas para otras personas que también podrían disfrutarlas y apreciarlas.
Aunque el mercado ha cambiado bastante en los últimos años con artículos producidos en masa disfrazados de hechos a mano, estoy orgulloso de seguir elaborando productos hechos a mano en casa, en mi estudio, por amor y disfrute del proceso creativo.
Mis intereses en las religiones del mundo, la espiritualidad, la filosofía, la simbología y la tradición antiguas y la mitología en todas las culturas impregnan mi trabajo y mis obras de arte.
Se siente fantástico usar mis manos para crear objetos de belleza y longevidad duraderas.
Las piezas realizadas en mi estudio están elaboradas a mano, creadas con pasión. Son verdaderas obras de artesanía.

Although the shop opened in 2017 it had been decades in the making.
I have always had an interest in handcrafts and art since I was a young boy. My father is an artist & former art teacher, so from early on I learned to respect and appreciate arts & crafts and the time and love that goes into the creative process.
Following my passion, I pursued a degree in Fine Arts. Early positions in graphic design cascaded into a career in the game industry.
After stepping away from the industry I moved to refocus on more creative pursuits and get back to working with my hands.
Being a long-time game enthusiast and not being satisfied with all the mass-produced game card cases, I decided to make one for myself. From there I branched out into doing other special projects for my family. My pieces were receiving a lot of positive feedback which gave me the inspiration to start making pieces for others who might enjoy and appreciate them too.
Although the market has changed quite a bit over the last several years with mass produced items masquerading as handmade, I am proud to continue crafting hand made goods at home in my studio for the love and enjoyment of the creative process.
My interests in world religions, spirituality, philosophy, ancient symbology & lore, mythology across all cultures permeate throughout my work and art pieces.
It feels fantastic to use my hands to create objects of lasting beauty and longevity.
