Hi and welcome to my shop! Like most Veterans, after my time in the Army I grew a beard. I quickly realized 2 things: having a beard requires a regimen, and the products that are available for men are no good. The ingredient labels were full of chemicals with names so long I couldn't even pronounce them.
Not having much in the way of options, I used them anyway. They created all sorts of problems like making my face itch, my beard flake, and even caused hair loss and patches in my beard! I almost gave up on having a beard and nearly decided that it just wasn't for me.
Why was there such a lack of quality products? Why were these giant companies putting all this garbage into something that goes on your face? I felt like there had to be a better way. After some research and experimentation, I realized that the solution was simple: I would create my own beard label using only the highest quality ingredients, and that's how True Man Beard Co was born.
My beard oil truly is the best money can buy, but the quality is just one of the issues I set out to solve. The industry standard for beard oil bottles is one ounce. One ounce! That barely lasts me a week, and my beard isn't as long as some. The little eye dropper was also a huge pain in the neck because you could never get enough out of it, mostly just air bubbles. My bottles are 100ml (3.4oz) which is more than 3X the size of the others, FOR THE SAME PRICE. No more eye droppers, either. My bottles have an easy twist top to give you as little or as much as you need.
