4 out of 5 starsThe item arrived quickly via FedEx and in the nice gift box as described. I did have an issue because it was personalized incorrectly and the gift note I requested was not included. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a new one. The second one was sent Priority mail and not in a nice gift box, and still no gift note. The fact that the item had to be redone and reshipped really lessened the experience for the person I was sending it to.
