About

Handmade with a little magic!

A little over a year ago I decided to give up my job and turn a hobby into a business. As an artisan chocolatier and confectioner, I now spend my time hand making delicious chocolate truffles, filled chocolates, chocolate shoes, Easter eggs, fudge, Montelimar nougat, Turkish Delight, toffees and caramels, salted caramel nuts, honeycomb and a variety of other treats. I make everything in my kitchen at home and I have a 5 star hygiene rating.

Truffle Witch recently expanded with the addition of a 'Broomstick' - a beautiful bespoke trailer housing a mobile cafe and chocolate shop. The Broomstick carries a range of gluten and dairy free homemade cakes, dairy free truffles and fudge and, of course, a range of plant and nut milks and herbal teas.

The glassware and objet d'art used in my video was kindly provided by Princessdivafinds. Head to her Etsy shop for some vintage bargains!

Frequently asked questions
How long will chocolate truffles keep?

They will keep for two to three months (often longer) in a cool place but, I recommend eating them within 4 to 6 weeks to enjoy them at their absolute best. My Diablo chilli and tequila truffle is delicious frozen!

Are Dairy Free Truffles Suitable For Vegans?

All the ingredients used in my dairy free truffles are suitable for vegans and my cleaning and production methods are rigorous to prevent cross contamination with any dairy or other non vegan/vegetarian ingredients. However, the dairy free truffles are made in the same kitchen as my other confections and I appreciate that some vegans may not be comfortable with this.
