1 out of 5 starsMine arrived melted, contacted the seller and business did note they have a disclaimer regarding how they ship and they said I could contact the USPS for a refund. I have ordered other chocolates on Etsy and never had an issue before.

Sorry for your disappointment. As mentioned your package is shipped with insurance and you could claim from USPS. I don't know about other products but our truffles are made without any preservatives and with organic chocolate. This makes them extremely sensitive to heat. We take utmost care to pack and offer complementary insurance for the value paid. I hope you understand this is a small business and we can't refund entire value. Regards

Care instructions
Truffles are perishable. average shelf life is 3-4 weeks when refrigerated. If kept outside in room temperature in a cool dry place it will last for a 7-10 days.
