I’m sorry you are not happy with your purchase but the listing did not mention that it included a cut file. None of the listings offered have cut files.

Do you offer cut files?
At this time , we do not. I do not want to offer cut files until I'm absolutely sure I am doing it correctly. But all files will include them sometime in 2020.
What format should I print the files in?
To conserve on ink , it's best to print the pdf file that is included. The jpeg and png file are only included for someone who is a pro at cutting machines. If you print using jpeg or silhouette file, you will use unnecessary ink to print. So print with pdf files.
Do you ever offer refunds?
All items are final sale. The set prices are very low and the pictures show exactly what you will be receiving. Also they are a digital copy, so even if you do get a refund you would still have the item.
But all that is to say, it would depend on how quickly you contact me and the circumstances.
