Returns and exchange details
Most of the items I sell are vintage and may have imperfections. If you have questions please convo me before the purchase as the items are sold "as is" and are offered with no refunds. If/when I make an exception, shipping costs are not refunded. Of course I want you to be happy with your purchase and I will try to work with you.
Payment
I only accept Paypal and credit cards through Etsy direct check out. I am happy to reserve an item for you for up to 7 days.
Shipping
I usually ship within 24 hrs. I will ship 1st class for lighter weight items under 15 ounces, but on heavy ones it will be Parcel Select or flat rate Priority when the item fits. Books are always Media rate. Media and parcel take a little longer, so please convo me if you need a rush order on an item and I can quote a postage price for expedited shipping. Insurance is not included except when requested at an added cost.
