Vintage...recycle, reuse, save our planet.

We receive vintage clothing through finding and purchasing, and also by donations given by families that no longer need the clothing. We feel that fashion does not need to be expensive, and that reusing clothing puts a new look on recycling and saving our planet.

I am a one person show, I buy, I find, I list, I pack, and I sell. So some days can be a little hectic, especially with a toddler, and going to college at the same time. My son, husband, and I manage to find time to do it though.

Above all I want our customers to be satisfied with the products I find, so if ever you are not fully satisfied please don't hesitate to contact us. I want to work things out with you so we can build a reputation with fantastic customer service.

At Try It On Again, we strive for top customer service and the selling of great clothing and accessories. Our customers are our top priority. We want you to have pride for the items that you purchase through us. We hope that you return to buy with us in the future! We sell what we love to wear!!!

We accept payment through major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amercian Express, with Etsy Direct Checkout. We also accept Paypal.

Please refer to all PayPal policies and Etsy Checkout policies if you have any additional questions or concerns.
We ship within 2 business days of confirmed payment. A confirmation email sent to you when your item is shipped. Currently we ship through USPS.

If you would like Express Mail so your item will be there within 1 to 2 business days, please email me and I will price that shipping cost for you. Please note that if you need this service I will have to ship this via USPS. Our local office closes at 4 pm EST, so the request would have to be made by noon that day to ensure it ships in time for you. Any requests for this after noon would have to be processed on the next business day.

I am happy to ship internationally! Please email me if your country is not listed in my shipping prices for an item, and I will quote you a price.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that we only accept returns if an item is damaged or is not as described. We do not accept returns for clothes that do not fit, or you decide you do not like after shipment. There are many pictures for a description, and there are measurements provided for sizing. Please refer to these before purchasing. We are a very small family business, and cannot afford to accept returns just because you changed your mind. Thank you for your understanding and keeping us in business.

If you desire to return your item, because of damage during shipment or the item was not as described, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge. We have a 14 day return policy on all my items, that begins when I receive confirmation from USPS that you have received your item. If an item is lost or damaged you will need to contact me during that time frame so a return can be made. If this occurs we will return your funds to you within 15 business days of the item being returned to us or confirmation of the parcel loss.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please keep in mind that we are selling vintage clothing, so that also means that not all of our clothing will be perfect and unworn. If you have allergies, please take the time to clean your garment before wearing it. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions to clothing. We do not clean the clothing before selling, so we are unsure of what the last owner had in their home. Please keep this in mind.

If there is a strange smell on the clothing we will note this in the listing. This includes cigarette smoke. Many of my older pieces will have a musty or "old" smell, which comes with any piece of truly vintage clothing. Placing dried lavender in your closet is a natural way to eliminate this musty smell, or just taking the clothing to the dry cleaners will suffice.
