5 out of 5 starsThe buying process was great. I loved receiving a draft of the item before shipment. The item was packaged well arrived undamaged even though the usps destroyed the package. The engraving looks great and the quality is great.

4 out of 5 starsIt looks very good quality, the letters are a lot lighter than I thought they’d be I wish they stood out a little more but it is beautiful. It is a Christmas gift so I’m not sure yet how they like it. It was very carefully wrapped and packaged, marked fragile in a nice box so it was received in perfect condition thank you!
