You simply download the files and decide how to print them--at your own home, at the local print shop, or at a photo finisher, like Shutterfly or Snapfish.

Once upon a Tuesday...

I believe that every day should include a little magic. A sweet invitation or thank you note can brighten a day and coax a smile. There can be lacy, romantic solutions for ordinary storage issues. Why shouldn't every Tuesday be full of roses?

Why Tuesday?
My two little miracles both joined the world on Tuesdays. They are my assistants, my inspiration, my every breath.

Why Roses?
I once had the privilege of owning a rose bush that defied the odds. It was scraggily and weather-worn all summer long, every single year. Every October, like clockwork, it would produce an insanely long, thick stem, reaching for the chilly autumn sky. In November, as everything else in the garden went gray, a brilliant orange and pink rose would open on the top of that crazy stem. That rose bloomed well into the first few snows each year. I never understood it, but I certainly appreciated the unexpected magic it brought to my back door. I try to bring that kind of beauty to each day through fresh, inspiring designs and creations.

Payment
Sorry to my fellow Iowans, but any products shipped to Iowa will be automatically assessed a 6% sales tax. However, there is no tax on digitally-delivered files no matter where you live (yay for the internet!).
Shipping
TIME FRAME: I do my best to get most prints and other ready-to-go things shipped out to you within a day or two of your order. Custom invitations or cards may take me a day or two longer. I will always keep in touch with you so you know exactly where your order stands, when it ships, and when you can expect it.

METHOD: I ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. All items except single greeting cards will include delivery confirmation and a tracking number. I don't typically include that on greeting cards because the cost of the shipping would exceed the cost of the item. If you would like to add it to a card, just let me know, and I will gladly adjust the listing for you!

COSTS: I try to estimate shipping costs as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that the listed shipping costs is not only the cost from the post office, but may also include the cost of specialty packaging I use to keep your items safe and sound on their way to you. Examples are the biodegradable sleeves I pack greeting cards in, and the rigid mailers I purchase for art prints.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duty tax. Buyers are responsible for paying this tax when the package arrives. This does not apply to all countries or all purchase amounts. Please let me know if you'd like help in determining if your purchase would accrue customs duty, and I will gladly help you find the appropriate info for your country.

PACKAGING: For larger items, I do reuse boxes whenever possible. It just seems silly to pack a reclaimed barnboard item in a brand new cardboard box! Of course, I only reuse boxes that are in great condition and will get your item to you safely. 99% of the packing materials such as bubble wrap, air sleeves, paper, etc. that I use are reused from shipments I have received.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know! I want every single one of my customers to be thrilled with their purchase.

If you would like to return a non-digital, non-custom order, I will refund the purchase price not including shipping. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be returned within 30 days.

Because of the nature of digital and custom orders (those that include specific names, colors, etc.), I do not offer refunds on those items.

However, if any item arrives damaged or if the item does not match the agreed upon proof, I will gladly replace the item at my own cost.

Additional policies and FAQs
***COLOR INFO****
Every computer monitor is calibrated slightly differently, so the colors I see on my screen are probably not identical to the ones you see on yours. The fact that printers work on a different color model than monitors further complicates the matter. That is to say, the colors you see on your printed product may vary slightly from what you have previewed on your screen. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please let me know. I would be happy to mail a printed color chart for $2. This covers the cost of my paper and inks.

If you have picked a design that requires a photo upload, please be sure you own the copyright to the photo before uploading. Tuesday's Roses takes no responsibility for the copyright of photos used in custom designs.

***COPYRIGHT POLICY***
I put lots of time and love into my designs, and I appreciate your respect of that. The images in my listings are low-resolution versions of the real deal to discourage copying of them.

Copyright to my designs remains with me, even after purchase. (Just a fancy way of saying that you can't buy one of my prints and then make copies to sell.)
