Announcement   **Hey Friends! I’m finishing up some final orders and then will be taking a little hiatus from handmade orders to regroup and the things of life. My digital patterns will still be available, but I won’t be making any custom orders (beyond the ones in my queue) at this time. Thanks for all the encouragement and support!**

Tugboat Yarning is all about getting fingers tangled with yarn and finding new creations to make. Usually items are crocheted, some are knit, and others are sewn or repurposed items given a second chance at life. I've always had an itch to make things, and this is just my little shop to share the things I love. Speaking of love, I love custom orders so don't be shy about giving me a holler if there's something you'd like. My favorite correspondence usually begins with, "Do you know how to make...?" I'm always up for a challenge! Thanks for stopping by the shop, and I look forward to making a unique item just for you!

A Note on the "No Hate Space" emblem featured on our shop's banner: We strive to be a positive influence while supporting inclusion, diversity, and just LOVE towards at risk communities. To learn more about this awesome community project, check out www.nohate.space for further details.

Returns and exchanges
If you have an issue with an item, please contact the shop at TugboatYarning [!at] gmail.com right away.
Shipping
I always ship USPS, unless requested otherwise ahead of time, and all orders will have a tracking number sent with your shipping notification. I try to get the cost of shipping as close as possible for your destination, but if I go over by $1.00, I'll refund any overages. Usually, I underestimate to be safe!

SIZING
I try to list the general measurements of an item in the descriptions page, but if you have any questions, feel free to email me. For hat sizes, I use general head circumference sizes, but not all kids/babies/people measure differently. If you are uncertain about the sizing of a hat or item, feel free to input your specific measurements in the "notes to seller" field when ordering, and I will do my absolute best to get the proper fitting!
