Unfortunately, do to the electronic nature of our products, there are NO refunds. We are available to assist you as best we can. Instructions are sent to help with opening a zip file.

We accept PayPal and credit cards. Your order will be available once payment clears.

Shipping is free via email and instant download. All listings will contain the multiple format. Please read the listing to be sure your needed format is included in the instant download. If another format is needed please convo and it will be sent by email within 12 hours.


All designs are sent instantly. Some through etsy instant download, other larger files (for example, most fonts) are sent by email to your etsy registered email address. Please check your spam/junk mail folder. They are sent as soon as your payment posts.

These are digitized embroidery designs and fonts. They are not patches that you sew on.

With the alphabets/fonts each letter is a separate design and you must layer or merge the designs together to create names or words.

Please back up your files. We receive daily requests to have designs resent. While we understand accidents happen, we will only resend links if the following steps are followed:
- include your invoice number
- date of order
- your email address at the time of purchase
Resending of designs is a time consuming process. Please note if you need a design resent it may take up to 48 hours to process.

We cannot stand by the integrity of these designs if they are altered, resized, or reformatted in any way. If you need alterations made to the designs, please contact us directly.
