**HOLIDAYS 2018**
The holidays will be here before you know it! Due to the limited amount of time with family last year, I won't be shipping any orders during the week of December 17th thru Christmas this 2018 holiday season so that I can enjoy some holiday magic with my family. I will not be closing the shop and will be able to accept orders during that time. Just please note that if you place an order prior to that date with an expected ship date between those dates please note that it will not ship until after the holidays. Shipping on orders placed during that time period will resume after the Christmas holiday. If you are needing an order in time for the holidays, please be sure to place your order well in advance of the holiday if you're going with the standard shipping method (because postal delays are quite possible during the holidays!). Orders should be placed AT LEAST a month in advance as they can take 3-4 weeks to prepare plus shipping time which can be delayed during the busy holiday shipping season. If you’ve placed an order prior to then and the expected ship date is impacted by this notice (meaning that your order would otherwise be expected to ship between 17th-25th), you can opt for upgraded shipping. If you'd like to upgrade shipping to Priority Express for guaranteed delivery by a certain time, please message me prior to placing an order with any questions you may have. I will not be able to accommodate rush orders during these dates, however. If you’ve already placed an order and need to make arrangements to upgrade shipping please message me for available options and I can invoice for the difference in shipping costs. Please know, however, that upgraded express shipping is usually quite a bit more costly so again, please be sure to place your holiday order as early as possible! Thanks so much & happy holidays!

The Roots of Tulip Garden Gifts

Always a maker, but usually just on the side. I spent over a decade in the fast-paced legal field before we were finally blessed with our daughter ("Tulip"). It was then that we decided it was time to simplify…From living more off the land (like farm fresh eggs from our chickens, a large veggie garden and homesteading) to being less wasteful and repurposing. And thus the Tulip Garden was founded and Tulip Garden Gifts was born.

I decided to focus on doing everything I could to bring more meaning to what I do and more love in the world while being a full-time mama. The saying about shopping small couldn't ring truer - Because when you shop with Tulip Garden Gifts you're not helping me pay for a lavish vacation home, you're helping a little girl to go to school and to participate in activities like gymnastics, dance and soccer which she is so passionate about (that and her chickens)!

And you're also helping to give back. Many of my pieces are made to help raise money and awareness to causes near and dear to me. From cancer treatment to animals and the local community, I donate a number of pieces to charities and fundraisers each year as well as percentages of sales.

Every piece I make is made with love and I love being a part of so many of your special moments - from weddings, showers, new babies, new homes, anniversaries and holidays. I hope you love my items as much as I love making them for you!

After more than a decade in the fast-paced legal field I was blessed with a daughter (who we lovingly nicknamed "Tulip"). She is our greatest gift and a constant reminder of all that is good and loving in this world.
Each of our lives are touched by these monumental moments - friendships, graduations, new jobs, daring adventures, a risk that paid off, marriages, new homes, babies and of course memories of loved ones - both human and animal.
In this life it's crucial to find those things that tug at your heartstrings and love them with everything you've got.
This is what inspired me to pursue Tulip Garden Gifts and transform it from an occasional hobby to a full time venture...Spreading love through unique gifts for others to enjoy and to help bring a smile to someone's face through a thoughtful item or gift.
I hope all of my customers appreciate the time and love that goes into each and every piece.

Unfortunately because most items are made to order and many are personalized/custom, I cannot offer any returns - All sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

However, If your item arrives damaged, please note that I do insure all of my shipments so please contact me immediately with photos of the damage and I can file a claim with the postal service in order to make a replacement piece for you!

I accept Paypal, Credit cards and Etsy gift cards.

Items are shipped within the shipping timeline specified once payment has posted.

Online orders paying for shipping include sales tax. In-person transactions do not require shipping & handling fee but will be assessed with the local sales tax.
Shipping
Items are carefully packaged and shipped within the shipping timeline once payment has posted. You will receiving tracking information once your order has shipped. All items are shipped via USPS (typically Priority Mail) unless otherwise specified on item description or in your shipping confirmation. If you'd prefer an alternative courier (i.e., FedEx or UPS) please let me know and I'll be happy to determine rate information for delivery using that service instead. For international orders the method will be whichever will remain within the shipping rate paid for by buyer.

***HOLIDAYS***
Typical holiday processing time is about 3-4 weeks, but can take longer during peak season due to the volume of orders, post office holiday mailing schedules and personal holiday plans. It's a busy time of the year for makers! Not only am I working around the clock to make your holidays more magical, but also needing to give a little of that magic to our "Tulip"! I will not be shipping items the week leading up to Christmas so that I can spend that time with family. Therefore please be sure to place your holiday orders in plenty of advance time. A safe precaution is to plan AT LEAST a month in advance for custom pieces like these. All of my orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail within the U.S. usually take 2-3 days, but are not guaranteed by the post office unless you opt for a shipping upgrade to Priority Express (which is typically much more costly). Especially during the holidays which are the busiest mailing season of the year. Delays are quite possible with standard Priority mail, so to give yourself a better chance of having your gift items arrive in time, please place orders asap. For more info on processing time or Express shipping rates, feel free to message any questions.

Guaranteed delivery times are only offered when expedited shipping services are purchased. Priority Mail does not carry a guaranteed delivery date or money-back guarantee. To receive a quote on guaranteed shipping rates (i.e. Priority Express or FedEx/UPS), please message me.

International shipping may be available on items if not already listed. Message shop for questions about shipping availability if you are located outside of the U.S.

Direct sales are also available for buyers in/near the Cincinnati, Ohio area. Message shop for details or inquiries if you prefer to pick your item up in person.

PLEASE NOTE: ALASKA, HAWAII, OREGON, AND WASHINGTON STATE ORDERS MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL POSTAGE COSTS. PLEASE REFER TO THE LISTING FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME TO CHECK ON THE COST. THANKS!

If the shipping costs to your zip code will not fit within the shipping rate charged for your item, I will send you a message regarding the total and any alternative options. If you elect to proceed with a shipping method beyond that which has been paid, I can simply PayPal invoice for the difference.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside of the U.S.): For orders shipped outside of the United States the shipping rate listed will typically be for First Class International Mail. Please note that depending on the destination, that may not include tracking to your doorstep. In other words, once it reaches customs and is released to the postal carrier for your country, I may not be able to track it any longer. If I am able to ship with Priority International for the listed shipping price I will certainly do so for full tracking capabilities. However, if not, and if you would like to have your item shipped with Priority International or any other expedited trackable shipping option, I am happy to calculate the cost for you and you can simply pay the difference.

DUTIES & TAXES: IF YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. SOME COUNTRIES MAY REQUIRE DUTIES & TAXES TO BE PAID FOR CUSTOMS. THIS IS NEVER ABLE TO BE DETERMINED BY ME BEFOREHAND AND SO BUYER WILL ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DUTIES & TAXES IF THEY ARE CHARGED BY THEIR CUSTOMS.
