Welcome to my shop! Please make sure you read the following (hopefully not too long) policies before you move to make a purchase. If in the end you still have some questions, don't hesitate addressing them to me in a message. Thank you!

Accepted payment methods

I privilege payment via PayPal as I believe it to be the surest, easiest and fastest payment method. If you would like to purchase something in my shop using a different payment method, please let me know and we can try to work it out together. Either way, I will ship earrings and necklaces as soon as I received payment, and brooches within at least two days of receving payment, the time needed to fabricate them.
I ship items as small packages, via normal mail. For France, packages take up to three days to arrive, for the rest of the European Union countries about a week, whereas for the United States between two and three weeks, depending on location. If your package takes longer to reach destination, send me a message and I will make inquiries.

If you would like your package to be tracked or insured, please ask and I will inquire about additional costs.

If your country is not listed, please ask. I will make inquiries about shipping costs and estimated delivery time and get back to you.

I cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in the mail, but I will be happy to compensate the loss anyway I can, so please contact me about any problems.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make my utmost to offer you well-executed, solid items. I try to make thorough descriptions and detailed photos of everything. However, if you wish to have more information on any given item or more photos, please do not hesitate to ask. If, despite everything, you should be unhappy with your purchase, I will be happy to offer you a refund upon reception of item, in its original state and package.
Additional policies and FAQs
I always package items as gifts, but I can add the extra-something you wish me to add (a note, a label with the recipient's name, etc.). Also, let me know if you want it shipped directly to the recipient's address rather than your own, in which case don't forget to jot down the address for me.

PLEASE NOTE: All items are handmade, so no two items will be exactly the same. Please allow for slight differences between items shown in the product images and the actual items you will receive.
