I had high hopes for this print. It was a gift for my husband who is a photographer. When we opened the package we were horrified on the low quality. This print looks like a picture of a picture and maybe another picture after that. It's awful. He won't even put it up in his office. Both he and I have emailed the seller and have received no contact back. We are out $40 and stuck with an awful print that will probably be thrown in the trash.

The Art of Correspondence

In a time when sending notes and letters has greatly decreased, it is good to remember the people we love with a hand held keepsake note. My hope is to create stationary that not only delivers your lovely messages and wishes, but is also a little piece of art that can be kept and cherished.

I love helping people craft cards and invitations that symbolize their most precious events and parties. I take great joy in every aspect of creating treasures from my shop-from the delicate details I add to some of my cards, to the customized monograms on personal stationary. The process of interacting with customers to design and create the perfect invitation for a special event that is one of a kind is not only rewarding but fun.

Documenting occasions and events is important and so often overlooked today. Making memories that are tangible and beautiful is my goal. Let's resurrect the Art of Correspondence together!

I accept Paypal and Etsy payment in the form of Visa and Mastercard. I will determine cancellations on a case by case basis because my items involve custom printing.
I ship my items via USPS and provide tracking on all orders. Most items specify a shipping time frame in the listing, but I will notify you shortly after your order is placed to discuss the details for shipping and when you can expect your item. I cannot guarantee delivery dates, but I will always notify you of the date your order has shipped. I cannot predict delays or orders damaged in transit. All items are packaged safely, with solid reinforcements which safeguard them appropriately. I am not responsible for carrier mishandling.

Note to International buyers: I do not provide tracking on International orders to keep shipping costs affordable, but I will notify you at the time your order ships for your records to keep track of your delivery. Pay close attention to the amount listed for the cost of your items when paying taxes. DO NOT pay taxes to receive items that are more than the cost of your order as I can not reimburse for changes to amounts that can occur. If the item is listed as more than you paid, contact me first to discuss how to proceed as I am not liable for taxes paid out of pocket by the buyer that do not reflect the cost of your purchase.

Please always double check your shipping address on Etsy as it will always be the default shipping address unless otherwise notified by the buyer of a different mailing address. In cases where the package returns to us, due to your mistake in the address/dated address/refusal of package by the recipient/not picking up the package in timely manner (or any other reason that is out of our control), in most cases, I will not be able to refund your purchase unless other exceptions have been made and the item is returned in a timely manner. If the item is shipped to a mistaken address that is listed as the address in the order, at the mistake of the buyer, I am not responsible for replacing items.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is customer satisfaction, so refunds are determined on a case by case basis as my items are custom. If an item is returned for a refund, the order will need to be postmarked and shipped back to me (not delivered) within 5 business days of our arrangement via conversation, unless specific arrangements are made between buyer and seller for a delay.
