SIZING DETAILS
- Ring fits true to size.
- Comfort Fit rings have a convex round inner surface, so only a portion of the inside of the ring touches the skin. This helps to get through the knuckle easily and feel comfortably.
- Compared to Flat-inside standard fit ring at the same width (Ex: 8mm comfort fit vs 8mm standard fit), Comfort Fit rings normally, but not always, run about a half size (1/2) larger than the FLAT old-fashion rings. It is the buyer's responsibility to decide the best size and ultimately the buyer's decision to which size to order. I do offer "ring sizer request" service and suggest buyers being sized by at least at 2 reputable jewelers as sizing varies from place to place, and ask to be sized specifically for COMFORT FIT rings.
EXCHANGES
We can exchange your purchase for another item within 30 days from the date of purchase. When mailing back, include a delivery confirmation for your protection and ship jewelry in protective packaging. If you ship the piece in a white envelope, we will get the merchandise back crushed as it will go through the postal machines, and we will not be able to exchange for the damaged merchandise. Buyer is responsible for the shipping and insurance costs and US customs import tax (for international order if occurs) back to our center. For international exchange, the buyers has to pay for the shipping fee of the exchange items.
The products must be unused, in brand new condition. No exception accepted.
RETURN & REFUND
30 DAYS GUARANTEE MONEY BACK
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a full refund (less shipping). If the order marks free shipping, the fund will minus the actual shipping fee.
Buyer is fully responsible for shipping and insurance costs and US customs import tax (if occurs) back to our return/repair center.
Exchanged items cannot be returned for a refund.
Custom made items or with alterations, ex. engraving, re-sizing, are not subject to refund or exchange.
The products must be in brand new, unused condition.
WARRANTY
Each ring comes with a limited lifetime warranty. The warranty covers chips or breaks. The warranty does not apply for lost or theft, size change, or normal wear and tear such as minor scratches. The warranty does not cover neglect, abuse wearing, or sabotage action such as wearing while sea diving, .... Though tungsten rings are the most durable and strong. Exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, acetone...), dropping the rings, or collision with sharp objects may damage the inlaid materials and protective armor layer. The buyers pay a round-trip shipping cost. Warranty applies ONLY 1 time, on the original buyer, and DO NOT carry over replacement ring. NO Refund.
SHIPPING OPTION
All orders are shipped with a tracking number.
* Within USA: UPS and Fedex Service provided upon request.
* Outside of USA:
- Free standard shipping: will be shipped via Asendia USA and then transfer to your local post office.
The delivery time is 2 - 4 weeks depending on which country you locates, how long does it take for your Customs release and your local post office delivery.
+ For Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: Major cities will be delivered within 2 weeks, rural area will be around 3 - 4 weeks.
Upgrade to DHL Worldwide Express is available (1 - 5 business days).
