The sellers were so helpful in walking through the return steps and got my refund in a very timely manner. Creating Unique Tungsten Rings and Custom Wedding Bands for More Than 15 Years
Hello! Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to get to know us. Our names are Gary and Christine Camphausen. We were married in 2006 and have three beautiful children. Forever Metals was started in 2005 when we were on the search for our own wedding bands. We wanted unique bands that didn't put a huge dent in our budget. Gary, an Engineer, who already worked with metals set off to create a unique ring he was proud to wear. Forever Metals was born! What once started out with 5 simple styles has now grown to more than 500 styles! We owe our growth completely to our wonderful customers. In fact, most of our styles were manufactured direct from our customer input. We want to create rings people look forward to wearing the rest of their lives. Please take a look at our store. Returns and exchange details
Exchange Instructions: Please contact us through Etsy Messages to receive the address details and instructions. Exchanges process within 1 business day.
Exclusions to Exchanges: Rings that are personalized including custom engravings. If we have personalized the ring we cannot exchange for a different size or style. This includes Precious metals and Cobalt Chrome rings. Custom Engravings include, Antler or Deer designs, Bigfoot Rings, Sobriety Rings and Knot work per specification.
Returns: Tungsten RingsFM (Forever Metals) offers a 30 day return on all unworn merchandise. We understand that rings could look different in person or it may not be comfortable to wear. In most cases there will be not restocking fees. However in the case of custom ring designs such as the wood inlay knot work, Carved Rings, bigfoot ring and a few infinity designs there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please see the item details for the return or exchange policy. The initial free shipping will also be deducted in the case of a return. The return shipping deduction is $5. Rings returned without the wooden box will have a $7 deduction in the return.
Exclusions to Returns: Rings that are personalized or customized per customer specification. If we have customized or personalized a ring we cannot return for refund.

Caring for my Tungsten Ring:
Tungsten is incredibly low maintenance. It requires virtually no care. DO not use chemical jewelry cleaners to care for your new ring. Simply use mild soap and water to restore the rings natural luster. If the ring is dirty you can also use a soft bristled brush to lightly scrub the surface. Lastly take a clean, soft cloth to gently shine the ring. Your ring should look good as new!
Please note that you can use alcohol hand sanitizers while wearing your ring. However a film will build on the ring. Use the steps above to remove the tacky film that adheres to the ring. The ring will shine once again.
Caring for an Inlay Ring:
Inlay rings with the exception of metal inlays are protected by a liquid crystal waterproofing the ring. The coating is clear and flush with the surface of the ring. Taking a shower will not be a problem. However the ocean and chemicals from a pool could break down the protective coating. This could subject the inlay to water damage warping the inlay. If this happens we can replace the inlay and add a new coating to the ring. At the same time we will polished the tungsten to bring your ring to new condition. The service fee is $49.
Caring for Colored Tungsten / Plated Ring:
Colored tungsten is the same as a plated ring. The coloring is coated to the surface of a tungsten ring to bring you fresh colors and a unique look at a great price. The plating we use which is zirconium is very durable. We feel safe to say that you can wear a plated ring daily with minimal problems. However as with any plating you will notice slight fading over time. This is normal and cannot be avoided if the ring is worn daily. We can restore your ring by adding plating to your ring at any time. At the same time your ring will be polished and look good as new. The service is $49.
Resizing a Ring:
Tungsten cannot be resized. The metal is far too dense and hard to resize. To resize metal rings you must be able to properly melt and remove or add metal to gain or lose a size. It is too hard to bring tungsten to that melting point. We allow for size exchanges in the first 30 days to help get that perfect fit. We also manufacture quarter sizes in case the standard sizes don’t work. We do not carry all the sizes in stock at all times. Please allow up to a week or two to manufacture a size we may not have in stock.
Is laser Engraving Permanent:
Yes! Laser engraving is permanent. We are happy to work with a laser engraver that engraves slightly below the surface to bring that permanent finish. In fact we stand behind our engraving 100%. If at any time your engraving fades we will redo the ring to new condition for no charge.

Let us create a custom and/or personalized ring for you. The custom options are endless. We can laser engrave any design on our standard or colored tungsten rings. We can also manufacture white tungsten, cobalt chrome and titanium in many cases. Our inner diameter laser engraving pricing range between $30 and $40 per ring. We have a high character limit and can easily engrave completely around the ring. Our full outer diameter custom artwork pricing begins at $239 for most designs. Both inner and outer diameter artwork will be $279. Carved Styles will be quoted by design. A mold must be created for each carved style. Pricing can range from $498 to $798 for carved styles. Our custom cold, platinum and roped inlays begin at $298.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We take pride in packaging and delivering our merchandise. Each ring will be delivered in a genuine wooden ring box with black satin interior.
