Bought these chairpads for our new "up North" Minnesota cabin! Perfection! Wonderful colors and craftsmanship! Or should I say crafts-woman-ship? Love!

About

Both trained as painters, now rug makers

My Mom and I trained as fine artists.
Mom studied at Pratt Art Institute in New York City in the 1940's
and I studied art at Rhode Island School of Design and Cornell University.
We have both set down our paint brushes for the time being to make traditional
America folk art.
Color is what inspires us and has drawn us to this medium.
Most of our work is custom. The colors a client wants are carefully considered for each handmade rug. In the words of customer, we work with color so that the "colors "sing."
Mom and I are delighted to create one of a kind heirloom pieces that always bring smiles to faces.
The fabrics we use include both new and upcycled and all are hand cut by us
We don't use precut mill end strips. Our goal is provide you with happiness in the form of a bit of American folk art.
