Why, YES!

That was what a heard for many years during the holidays, or fundraising events. The only thing better than being a stay at home mother, is a work at home mother!

I get the honor of being able to include my children in the creative process, and we share our time together. My studio is adjacent to their playroom, and it's so wonderful to be able to do what I do.

Sales from my shop aid in animal rescue efforts- When you buy from my shop you are helping to ensure foster care, food, vet care and safety for the animals that need it! I am a designated foster home for two different animal rescue centers it the area, and this shop helps to make that possible!

I strive to find wonderful, vibrant textiles, fabrics, and pieces that are versatile and one of a kind. Everything in my shop has been created by hand, and all vintage items I found by myself. No re-sellers, no wholesalers. Just me, myself, and I.

Through rainy Oregon days, sips of hot coffee, and the inspiration I receive as a mother of three little ones I created Turner and Pooch Designs. This shop reflects all the things around me that inspire my creativity. There are many things here that I have created in my workshop, and from time to time great vintage finds. I hope you love seeing my creations as much as I love making them for you! Please check back with us frequently as new things are added. Returns and exchanges
~I want you to be pleased with your order, and very satisfied with your experience while shopping here at Turner and Pooch Designs.

~I do offer refunds/returns, within 7 days on item(s) that have already been delivered (Proof of delivery confirmation date required for return process. For non custom orders- see custom order info below)

~Refunds will occur within 1-5 business days of the return of the item. I will only return the funds the same way they were originally made available. IE- if you paid with Paypal, your return will go via Paypal only. Return postage is at the buyers expense.

~I do NOT offer returns or refunds on: Clothing, Custom made, or Digital items due to the nature of the item. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

~ For insurance purposes- All items that are declared as "Damaged in shipping" will be required to send a digital photo to me through either Etsy, or via email (listed above).

~For lost or damaged items, or for customer satisfaction, concerns questions or complaints please feel free to contact me either through Etsy (Turnernpooch2 shop mail) or, at Turnernpooch2 AT yahoo.com.


-Please note that custom orders can take up to 1-2 weeks to produce. (Longer wait times may occur during "high volume times" I.E.- holidays)

-Please also note, that payment is due at the time of order placement. I will not begin working on a custom order/made to order item(s) until payment is received in full, and the order has been marked "Paid". No exceptions.

-There is a 24 hr (in case of cancellation/ change in order) waiting period, before work will begin on custom orders/made to order items. So the sooner you send your payment, the sooner I can begin to work on your items/orders.

~ If you have ordered a custom item and would like a refund- (Before delivery/ or completion of order) ~ONCE THE FIRST 24HRS OF ORDER PLACEMENT HAVE ENDED,(- WORK HAS STARTED ON THE ORDER-) NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES ARE POSSIBLE. I'm sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.

~ If a item is reported as "Not delivered" you need to report that non-delivery within 3 weeks of the expected delivery date for me to be able to attempt to solve the issue(s) or situation. (Refund limitation with these issues expires after the 3 week mark.)
Paypal, direct checkout, and gift cards are the current payment method. Taxes are applied as needed/required.

Refunds for canceled orders will be refunded within 1-10 business days. (Please read more in "refunds" category for information)

Custom order/ made to order work does not begin until order(s)/purchase(s) are paid in full. No exceptions.
~Shipping costs for items are listed in the items description section.

~I typically ship within 2-4 business days after order completion, for all orders. ("Completion" depends on the type of order, and is specific to each purchase. "Made to order" completion will generally take slightly longer than a "ready to ship item" This time typically varies between 1-2 weeks. )

~I primarily use Priority and First class shipping- unless for some reason they are unavailable or not the best option. Should for some reason the above method of shipping be unavailable, you will not be charged any additional fee(s).

~ Shipping rates vary, and are based on size, shape and weight, and nature of the item. Shipping rates are listed in the item description for each item listed.

~I do not have international shipping rates listed at this time. If you are an international buyer and interested in a purchase, please contact me as shipping rates will vary by geographical location, and availability.

~Please read my refund and additional information section to learn more about your purchase. Also- seller information, and policies.

~ Packages are insured as needed/required.

~ If due to courier error the item(s) you purchased were not delivered, please report that error within 6 weeks of the supposed delivery date -so that the situation may attempt to be solved. (Please see "refund policy" for more information)

~Best shop policy... HONESTY. :) All items are listed as they are, imperfections or not. All measurements are taken the best of ability, along with descriptions of color, texture and shape. If at any time there are any infant/children items listed please be aware that many of them are to be used strictly as DECOR ITEMS and are NOT TO BE USED AS TOYS. THIS SHOULD BE STRICTLY OBSERVED!

~Many decor items may pose a potential CHOKING HAZARD/RISK. I am always on the look out for any items or issues that I believe may be hazardous when creating new items. I am a mother of three children, and SAFETY is my main priority. I will not make- or sell any items to you, that I feel wouldn't be safe for my own children. With any item, use your best judgement.

~By receiving and/or purchasing items from this store/seller you are relieving all legal, or financial responsibility for any damages (including but not limited to: medical, physical, financial, personal, or otherwise) that may occur due to/or upon purchase and/or use of products for items from this shop/seller. Buy purchasing from this store/seller you are acknowledging that you have read, and agreed to the terms, and policies of this establishment.

~Please note once again, that when you are ordering a custom/made-to-order item, that it can take up to 1-2 weeks for product to be created for you, since each piece is handmade and/or custom just for you. This period may vary depending on order volume/amount, payment confirmation, etc.

~ Up-cycled/Vintage/Handmade items should be hand washed (unless otherwise specified- I.E. Dry cleaned) and should be hung to dry. It is not recommended that you "pull" loose strings. Cutting them is instead advised. No refunds will be given on items that are improperly cared for, or are cared for in a manner other than the seller suggests.
