With rare exceptions, an exchange may be accepted at the sole and absolute discretion of Seller. If Seller accepts an exchange, Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. All item(s) sent back to Seller for exchange must be returned to Seller in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for any damages or loss of value up to 50% value of the item if not returned in their original condition. If Seller agrees to accept returns, Buyer is responsible for the restocking fee for refinishing and sanitizing the products, in addition to the initial shipping fee AND return shipping fee.

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Seller will only ship to the address provided by the Buyer to Etsy upon purchase. Seller is not responsible for any address errors. For any reason, if Buyer's package is returned to Seller, there will be a restocking fee and an additional cost to re-ship to the corrected address.

Seller is ONLY responsible for delivering the package to the Post Office and handing over control of Buyer's package from that point on to USPS. Seller has no control over how USPS does their shipping and handling. Seller is not responsible for damaged, lost, and/or delayed packages.

USPS occasionally marks a package as "delivered" before physically dropping it off. In such event, it could take 1 to 5 days for the item to show up. Any questions regarding the status of Buyer's package should be with Buyer's local Post Office. The local Post Office will have the most insight regarding the package in transit. If the package is lost or damaged, all claims will need to be made by Buyer. Seller will not file a claim with USPS on Buyer's behalf.

Shipping time is based on USPS time delivery estimates - that does not mean it is guaranteed to arrive by the stated date. Due to strict policies nationwide, USPS could experience significant delays in handling packages, especially during the holiday season. As a result, transit times could be severely impacted and the delivery may be delayed.

Please understand that all of our products are handmade with simple tools, not machines. We only use Sterling Silver (.925) and no other metals. All of the stones are genuine and unique - meaning they are not “perfect” and may have ridges and/or are slightly different in size. We do our best to match the stones as closely as possible for every paired item. We also inspect the quality of all orders before shipping to ensure they are in good condition.

The ordered items are typically not the same items that are used for the listing’s stock photos.
