Frequently asked questions
Are the artworks original?
All artworks are created by Begüm Özpay. Original pieces are one-of-a-kind works, while fine art prints are reproductions of her original artwork. Each listing clearly identifies what is being offered.
What is the difference between an original artwork and a fine art print?
An original artwork is the physical piece created by the artist. A fine art print is a carefully produced reproduction of an original work. Materials, dimensions, and printing details are provided in each listing.
Are the artworks framed?
Please check each listing to see whether the artwork is sold framed or unframed. Any frames shown for styling or presentation purposes will be clearly identified if they are not included.
Will the colors look exactly as they do on my screen?
I aim to represent each artwork as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the natural characteristics of physical materials.
Can I reproduce or resell the artwork?
Purchasing an original artwork or fine art print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All artworks remain the intellectual property of Begüm Özpay. Reproduction, commercial use, and redistribution require prior written permission.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible, with photographs of the artwork and packaging. I'll help you find an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer rights and Etsy's policies.
