With so much negativity and turmoil going on in the world I felt called to do something positive, something from my heart, and something I truly love. And since art is the best form of therapy for my own heart, I decided to start sharing the products of my "therapy sessions".

I've always been a creator of things and now that my two sons are teenagers I have this incredible opportunity to pursue a childhood dream--to be an artist. I am inspired to do what I can to put positivity into the world. To make people smile. To bring more color and whimsy into our lives. Because life is short, it shouldn't be taken too seriously and it desperately needs us to focus on the good.

I love layering papers and paint to give lots of texture and I love using as much color as possible because it brings me joy. I am also an avid reader and am very inspired by well-written words and quotations. Often, the inspiration of my art comes first from the words.

I am thrilled you stopped by my shop and I hope you will drop a note to introduce yourself, stay a few moments to look around, and especially, I hope to have put a smile on your face.
