5 out of 5 starsThis tutu was seriously perfect! It was a custom order to fit our birthday theme, and I love it. The headband is beautiful too. I was a slacker and didn't order until the last minute, but it was made quickly and shipped quickly. I highly recommend. Plus, the communication from the shop owner was great!

Coastal style, bright colors and high-end quality - Handmade with Love from the South.
I've lived on one of the dueling coasts of Florida since the age of 7. My childhood and school-age years were spent exploring the springs of Weeki Wachee (yes, with the mermaids!) and watching sunsets on the gulf coast. We dove for sand dollars and sea shells on the many beaches surrounding St. Petersburg. We searched for treasures of a different variety on the John's Pass Boardwalk.
Venturing away to college, I made the trek northeast to the River City of Jacksonville. How is it that one can move north into a more southern state of mind? In Jacksonville, the laid-back, flip-flop flair of Atlantic Beach meets the prep and posh of Ponte Vedra. An alligator occasionally calls my backyard home and my kids learned to swim at the age of two.
I find inspiration in the duality of my coastal experiences. From the rich oranges and fuchsia's of west coast sunsets to the subtler tones of east coast sunrises. From the bright and cheerful hues of idol Lilly Pulitzer to the sports-loving, transplanted northerners of Tampa Bay. From the Art Deco boldness of Miami Beach to the deepening blues and greens of the Suwannee River.
In 2010, it started with one tutu that this stubborn mama knew she could craft better than the mass produced junk she found in department stores. Many years later, after countless experiments large and small, I believe I offer one of the highest quality baby products in the marketplace. I believe in spending a little more time and money on my product in order to produce the results that I want (and that me customers deserve.) I spend a bit more on shipping and work with bulkier packaging to ensure that my tutus look the same coming out of the box as going in.
Each and every Tutu Cachu product is handmade, lovingly packaged, and priority shipped.

Frequently asked questions
How do I care for my new tutu?
For best results, gently fluff your tutu after unpacking it and use your fingers to comb through the strands of tulle. The more you fluff your tutu, the better it will look! If your tutu becomes wrinkled, you may hang it in the bathroom while a hot shower is running.
Tutus are best stored in their original boxes. They should never be machine washed or dried. Spot clean with cool water as needed. For tough stains (like icing!), a mild soap is recommended.
