Returns and exchange details
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All of my items are considered "Custom", as they are only made when your order is placed, and they are made specifically for you in the size that you choose from the drop down menu on the individual listing page.

Due to the Custom Nature of these items there are absolutely No Returns or Exchanges.
Please be sure to double check all measurements before you place your order.

If we have shipped you something incorrectly - Example: Wrong Size, Wrong Color, Wrong Style - Please contact us within 24hrs of receipt and we will be more than happy to work with you to rectify the problem.

CANCELLATIONS
If for some reason you need to cancel your order - please let me know ASAP (within 24 hours).
Once materials are purchased, your order is considered started.
In a most cases, material for your costume may have already been ordered and/or it may have already been cut or in production.

If your order has already been started and in progress or completed and/or shipped, your order can NOT be canceled.

RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Any Outbound Shipping & Handling Fees incurred for any order will not be refunded unless you receive an incorrect item.

RESTOCKING FEE
All returned items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from total cost of the item unless we have shipped you something incorrectly.

RETURN TIMES
All returned items MUST be received by us within 14 days from your date of actual delivery.
If they are not received within 14 days - they will be RETURNED TO SENDER at your expense.
PLEASE ENCLOSE A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER SO I KNOW WHO TO REFUND.
Please request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # from me to include with your return.
If I receive any returns that are NOT Pre Authorized - they will be returned to you at your expense

RETURN TRACKING #
Please be sure to get a Tracking # for your Returned item as we are NOT responsible for items that are lost, misplaced or not delivered and there is no Tracking # to confirm shipping.

RETURN CONDITION
All returned items MUST have original Tags still attached.
Any returned items must be Unworn, Unused, Unwashed and FREE from any Nicotine, Perfume Scents and Animal Hair.
If there are ANY signs of wear or damage or rips, tears or popped elastic - your item will be returned to you at your expense.

REFUNDS
Any and all refunds will be issued in the exact same manner they were paid.
If you paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or Gift Card - your refund will be issued back to that very same card.
If you paid by PayPal - you refund will be issued thru PayPal.
There will be no exceptions.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If any orders are Returned due to Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses we will notify you immediately to make arrangements for re-shipment. You will be responsible for the payment of any additional shipping fees.
If you choose to NOT have it re-shipped - there will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
If your order was shipped USPS Priority or USPS Express - these shipping fees will NOT be refunded and a there will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If we receive any orders that were shipped USPS Express, Signature Required, and they were returned to us because they were unclaimed, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements for re-shipment. You will be responsible for the payment of any additional shipping fees.
If you choose to NOT have it re-shipped - there will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
If your order was shipped USPS Priority or USPS Express - these shipping fees will NOT be refunded and a there will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

CUSTOM RETURNS
If you have ordered a Fully Customized Order (Special Size, Custom Artwork, Custom Inscription and it is returned to us for ANY reason, you will be notified immediately to make arrangements for re-shipment.
You will be responsible for the payment of any additional shipping fees.

If you do not make arrangements for re-shipping, we will NOT refund your order. This was a Custom Order with a Custom Inscription and it cannot be re-sold - it is yours - so please call us immediately to make re-shipping arrangements.

Post mark for ALL returned items must be within 14 days from the date that you received your item.
