    Returns and exchanges
    All of my items are created and stored in my smoke and pet free studio. Please note that because your item will be custom made, it may vary slightly from the item pictured, but will be crafted with the same love and care. Do to the nature of this item, all sales are final. Please message with questions prior to purchasing.
    Payment
    I accept payment via PayPal and money orders. Payment is due within 3 days. All items are custom made and will begin the creation of your items once I have received a cleared payment.

    Please note, when paying via checking account through PayPal, I wait until your payment has cleared which is generally 4-5 business days beyond the date of payment.
    Shipping
    Shipping is via USPS. I ship daily and unless otherwise specified all items are sent via First Class Mail. Shipping costs include delivery confirmation. Insurance is not included, but is available. Please message prior to checking out if you would like to add optional USPS insurance to your package.

    International Customers:

    International shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail. Please convo for an quote on shipping to your address.

    International customers should be aware of the following:

    Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

    These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges
