I placed my order on May 6th and then about a month later on June 4th received an apology that my package had not been mailed out yet. On June 19th I inquired about my order and was told another would be put together and shipped to me. It's now July 12th and I still do not have the item I paid for. In fact the shindig that it was to be part of my costume to for has long passed. Will I ever get my light saber hilt? Who really knows. I think a this point I'm just out $60.... thanks... a lot :/

A replacement saber was shipped, though the customer is correct it was very much so delayed and late. We have been going through a lot of personal unfortunate events that has taken our focus away from this shop. It was our bad that the second saber did not get shipped out sooner and we take full responsibility for that. Miss Bethany has our sincere apologies for the delay. Our personal situation is just the explanation, not an excuse. There is really no excuse for this order taking so long to go out; we dropped the ball and that is on us. Due to the personal hardships we are experiencing that require more of our attention, we are going to put this shop on hold for now until things settle down so we do not run into such problems again. When we return we will make sure that delays like this no longer happen.

I want to say that I got my hilt fairly quick, and there was no problem with it being late. But the problem was that it was nothing like I had hoped or expected. It didn't have any* details liked shown in the images and it just felt a bit naked. But then I was later told I had ordered a standard lightsaber, which comes without any details so that it will be possible for the buyer to customize the hilt themselves. Ups! The information was there, I just hadn’t noticed it when I first ordered the hilt. So the fault was on both sides, as all information about what kind of hilt you’re ordering should have been clearer from the start (I have been told that this have been fixed now), and I should have double-checked my own order before doing the purchase.
Make sure you do the same.

I would advise everyone to not buy these hilts. I ordered a leather wrapped one in early May, and have waited till now (July 29th) to receive it after numerous messages back and forth. I always received the answer back but there was never a set date it would be sent. Unfortunately, for me this was one of my first purchases from Etsy and didn't realize that I only had 45 days to open a case against them. After waiting months I for the hilt I was excited when the box finally arrived at my house. Sadly, for me what was in the box was not the hilt I had hoped for. The hilt looked hastily wrapped and has some missing spots and some that overlap multiple times giving it a clunky feel. Not only that it's also missing the red button which to me was a real focal point to me. Over all this interaction has left me underwhelmed and I hope that people will read this before ordering from this shop.
