Custom and personalized orders
If you would like a custom order, please message me and we can discuss the details, pricing, and create a custom order listing!
What if the shipping address listed on my order is incorrect?
If you place an order with an incorrect shipping address, you can message me to correct it, only if the order has not already been shipped. If an order has already been shipped and does not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address on the order, unfortunately I will not be able to offer a refund as it is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
What if my order gets lost in the mail or does not arrive?
If the shipping address on the order is correct and it has been shipped to the provided shipping address, message me to let me know. You can also contact USPS and file a dispute. Once your tracking says delivered, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If I confirm your shipping address with you and I have shipped you a replacement item and it still does not arrive, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Can I get a refund on a Custom Order?
Custom orders can be re-shipped, but unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on custom orders because I am not able to re-sell/re-use the item(s).
How can I get my order as fast as possible?
Orders are shipped out between 1-2 business days via USPS Standard Mail. If you would like to expedite your delivery, please select a shipping upgrade when you check out.
